Touch ‘n Go RFID tag fitment will cost RM35 from Feb 15
Touch N' Go will be breaking your hearts a day after Valentine's Day! Beginning Feb 15, RFID tags will cost you RM35 at fitment centres nationwide. The RFID tag installation is currently free under a pilot programme to encourage sign-ups since 2018. The RM35 purchase includes a free first-time replacement on the same vehicle for when users need to get a new RFID tag.
What's interesting is that, Touch ‘n Go announced 40 users will stand a chance to walk away with an Ultimate RFID Toll Pass worth RM2,500 each for its eWallet, for all installations between Feb 15 to April 15.
Road users can currently get the RFID fixed at three installation centres in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The RFID installation locations in Johor and other Klang Valley areas can be found on this website.
