Darzaniazs Model Search - A first Male & Female Indian Model Search in Malaysia

The Darzaniazs Model Search 2016 grand finale, was a first of its kind competition in the country, put together for Indian male and female models to walk into a ramp of opportunities.
Held at the Kristal Ballroom, Hilton Petaling Jaya last Sunday (May 22), the grand event saw a total of nine male and eight female models battle it out for various titles and the top 3 spots!
The
finale contestants were the cream of the crop of over 100 who tried out their
luck in the competition.
They had also endured eight-month of tough evaluation prior to the grand finale, which included a fashion runway round, team photo
shoot, ramp walk training, forest endurance challenge, talent showcase, public
speaking workshop, dance training as well as a futsal match.
The program also saw them
visiting an old folks home during mother’s day.

All
17 contestants in the Darzaniazs Model Search 2016 grand finale were judged on
confidence, stage presence and a question and answer session among others.
Organised
by Darzaniazs Models and co-organised by DP Ganaa Network Sdn Bhd, the
competition aimed at creating male & female models who are beautiful both inside
& out.
They
were also groomed to not only excel personally but give back to the community.
The male and female
contestants walked the ramp looking stunning in elegant outfits by designers
Hariharan Arasu from Ardana Haran, Krishnan Bahadur Darji and also wore Harekrishna Men's Wear.
The Male Model Finalists also walked
the ramp in Harekrishna Men's Wear Outfits.
The grand finale included a few

The Male Model Finalists also walked
the ramp in Harekrishna Men's Wear Outfits.
It was a night of extravaganza indeed. I sure had a hard time concentrating on the delicious dinner served by Hilton, PJ and while keeping my eyes glued to the finalists who seemed to be a natural at what they do!
I have no doubts that they would be receiving modeling offers immediately, if not calls for hosting or product ambassador requests. Overall, it was a very well organised one!

The model search champion for male and female category, took home RM5,000 while the first runner-up received RM2,500 followed by RM1,500 for the second runner-up, besides other prizes.
They also received Personal Photography Vouchers from Suthan Photography, Skin Care products from Tribal Asia, beautiful oufits from Rutviz Collections, gift hampers of John Longford, Alain Delon for male and Bonita for female model.
