MODA wants to celebrate your bond with your loved one - a breast cancer survivor
September 10, 2020The Malaysia Official Designers Association (MODA) wants to celebrate your bond with your loved one - a breast cancer survivor in a Pink Buddies' Day Out!
It's president Melinda Looi said MODA is excited to kick off the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign 2020 with Pink Buddies' Day Out. She shared that the campaign is put together with Estee Lauder Companies Malaysia & W Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
"As a breast cancer survivor, we are sure you have a great story to share on your journey to recovery. But did you do it on your own? Or was there someone by your side who made the journey with you through your darkest hours?
Your buddy could be your best friend, your spouse, your doctor, a nurse, a family member or a total stranger. Write to us describing how your buddy helped you through & celebrate your victory with a beautiful experience on us!"
Winning entries will entitle you and your buddy to the following on 3rd October 2020 :
- A beauty makeover courtesy of Estée Lauder companies
- hair styling
- styling by a Malaysian fashion/accessories designer
- professional photographer to capture you and your buddy looking your best
- dinner & a night's stay at the luxuriously trendy W Hotel KL

Terms & conditions:
- All participants must be Malaysian citizens and have survived breast cancer
- All survivors & their respective buddy must be able to be present at W Hotel KL from 8am on 3rd October 2020. If either of you is unable to be present, we will select another winner.
- All survivors & their buddy are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from W Hotel KL.
- Each survivor & their buddy will be sharing 1 room.
- All entries must reach us by 16 September. Late entries will not be entertained.
- Entries can be in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil.
- Winning entries will be announced on 25 September.
- The survivor & buddy will have to confirm your attendance.
